May 12 (Reuters) - U.S. refiner HF Sinclair DINO.N said on Tuesday former CEO Timothy Go departed the company effective May 11 under a mutually agreed separation agreement after being on voluntary leave for nearly three months.

Go, who had served as the company's chief executive, had been on voluntary leave since February 17 amid a disclosure review.

Board Chair Franklin Myers has been serving as interim CEO and president since then.

HF Sinclair said Go confirmed his departure was not related to any disagreement with the company regarding its operations, policies or practices.
