Updates after statement from HF Sinclair

- HF Sinclair DINO.N said a fire broke out at its refinery in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at around 10:45 a.m. on Monday, and that it was quickly extinguished and had no impact on production.

All personnel were accounted for, though one employee was taken off site for medical attention, the company said in a statement.

Fenceline air monitoring showed no indication of off‑site impacts, and an investigation into the cause is under way, HF Sinclair said.

The company operates two refining facilities in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Tulsa West refinery has a capacity of about 85,000 barrels per day, while the Tulsa East refinery has a capacity of roughly 70,300 bpd.

Earlier, the Tulsa Fire Department said in a Facebook post that its crews responded to the refinery to provide standby support after the fire broke out, but the refinery’s own fire brigade handled the incident and no assistance was required.
