July 9 (Reuters) - Luxury car firm duPont Registry said on Thursday it has confidentially filed for an initial public offering in the United States.

The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed IPO have not yet been determined.

duPont operates a digital marketplace that connects buyers, sellers and collectors of high-end vehicles, with verified listings of premium brands including Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Porsche and Rolls-Royce.

The market rebound has reopened the IPO window, with improving investor sentiment encouraging companies to move ahead with their offerings.
