BERLIN, May 6 (Reuters) - Russian oil company Rosneft ROSN.MM has once again filed a lawsuit with a local German court against the trusteeship of its German subsidiaries, which are majority owners in the PCK Schwedt refinery, Politico news outlet reported on Wednesday.

The higher administrative court of Berlin-Brandenburg was not immediately available for comment. The German economy ministry did not immediately comment by phone.

Rosneft filed the lawsuit on March 30 to meet a deadline in response to a German economy ministry order in late February that placed the Russian firm's units under a trusteeship, Politico reported, citing a court spokesperson.

The decision to place them under a trusteeship was part of efforts to establish long-term control after the previous framework required state control to be renewed every six months.

Rosneft had filed a lawsuit against the previous trusteeship in 2022 but was unsuccessful.
