May 28 (Reuters) - Entrata, a property management software company backed by private equity firm Silver Lake, filed for an initial public offering in the U.S. on Thursday.
The U.S. IPO market has shrugged off geopolitical conflicts, with several large offerings being priced over the past two months after a brief lull in March.
In 2025, Entrata had secured a $200 million minority investment from alternative asset manager Blackstone BX.N at a $4.3 billion valuation.
Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Barclays are among the underwriters for the offering.
Entrata will list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “ENT”.
