DUBAI, July 8 (Reuters) - It is quite clear that the United States will lead the negotiations with Iran to failure, Mohsen Rezaei, adviser to Iran's supreme leader, said in an interview with state TV on Tuesday, adding the U.S. is trying to create an alternative passageway in the Strait of Hormuz for its ships.
