Umm Al-Qura Cement's profits jump to SAR 47.7 million in 2024

Riyadh - Mubasher: Umm Al-Qura Cement Company recorded a jump in net profits in 2024 compared to 2023, due to an increase in sales volume and value.

The company's results on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Wednesday revealed that net profits rose to SAR 47.72 million last year, compared to SAR 3.95 million the previous year, an increase of 1,107.77%.

The company explained that the increase in net profits was the result of a significant increase in sales volume and value, in addition to a decrease in general and administrative expenses, financing expenses, and zakat.

She pointed out that the increase in net profits was due to the return of cement production to normal.
