Further to our disclosure regarding receiving an offer for acquisition/ merger from Al Ahli Bank SAOC, the Board of Directors decided on 07/04/2025 to accept the offer ( subject to institutional approvals from both boards of directors and shareholders of both banks and to the necessary legislative approvals ).

* The financial impact, in the event of acceptance of the offer , is the transfer of all assets and liabilities of Ahli Bank to Sohar International .
