Al-Ahram Contracting Company launched the “Ain” service to inspect real estate for the first time in the Egyptian real estate market with the aim of diagnosing the condition of the property in an honest and professional manner through a technical team specialized in construction and civil works (plumbing, electricity, paints and foundations). By providing the new service, the company seeks to achieve transparency in the real estate market as it It ensures that the buyer can verify the condition of the property with confidence before purchasing it, which achieves the credibility of the market and prevents cases of fraud that the real estate market suffers from.
With the new service, the company aims to serve a wide segment of customers coming to buy real estate products, whether they are Egyptians, Gulf investors, or Egyptians working abroad.
The company plans to contract with real estate development companies to undertake the tasks of issuing real estate inspection certificates for real estate products in order to achieve the highest level of credibility and transparency, which enhances customer confidence.
