Riyadh - Mubasher: The Ministry of Commerce announced the start of seasonal discounts for the holy month of Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr in commercial establishments and online stores starting from Sunday, February 9, 2025, and continuing until April 3, 2025.

The ministry explained, in a statement, that the number of discount licenses for commercial establishments and online stores for the Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr seasons so far has reached more than two thousand licenses, covering more than one million products, most notably: fashion, household appliances of all kinds, electronic devices, food, perfumes, and others.

The Ministry of Commerce confirmed the continuation of inspection tours to verify the regularity of discounts and monitor them in all regions of the Kingdom.

The consumer can verify the regularity and validity of the discounts by scanning the barcode appearing in the discounts license with a mobile camera to show him all the data related to the discounts, including “the type and percentage of discounts, their duration, in addition to the establishment’s data.” Commercial establishments and stores can also issue licenses electronically via: sales.mc.gov.sa ​.
