Riyadh - Mubasher: The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) announced the start of implementing the royal directive issued by the Crown Prince, which aims to achieve balance in the capital's real estate sector.

The Authority announced that it is developing an electronic platform to enable citizens to submit land use applications directly, without the need for intermediaries or external parties .

In this context, the Authority warned against misleading claims about entities claiming to facilitate land applications, stressing that these claims are baseless.

The Authority clarified that all details and developments related to the platform and application process will be announced through official channels only, urging citizens to obtain information from official sources and avoid any fraudulent attempts .
