The Labor Fund (Tamkeen) announced that du, an AI-powered platform specializing in enhancing customer experiences for enterprises, has joined the list of approved service providers under the Digital Empowerment Program.

The Digital Empowerment Program, launched by Tamkeen earlier this year, includes two main tracks. The first track allows organizations to leverage digital solutions in collaboration with certified service providers, providing them with innovative tools that enhance productivity and meet their business requirements. The second track gives organizations the freedom to choose the most appropriate service provider to deliver digital solutions that meet their needs .

Under this framework, organizations will be able to benefit from the services provided by du as part of the support provided by Track 1 of the Digital Empowerment Program, which enables organizations to access digital solutions delivered in collaboration with approved service providers, providing them with innovative tools that enhance productivity and meet their business requirements, with full support from the Labor Fund "Tamkeen."

Duo will offer an AI-powered platform that includes four core services: an AI-powered virtual assistant, an AI-powered chatbot for customer relationship management (CRM), an AI-powered marketing tool, and AI-powered predictive analytics. These services aim to help organizations improve and increase customer engagement and boost sales through personalized, multilingual support. The platform enables automated responses on apps like WhatsApp and Instagram, in addition to providing AI-powered support services tailored to the organization's identity. This contributes to reducing operational costs, improving service quality, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Commenting on this partnership, Mr. Khalid Al Bayat, Chief Growth Officer at Tamkeen, emphasized the importance of this partnership in providing support to Bahraini enterprises to enhance their growth and move towards digitizing and sustaining their operations, which is one of Tamkeen's strategic priorities for 2025.
