PRESSR: Turkish Airlines increases its flights to Abu Dhabi to 14 weekly

Its presence in the United Arab Emirates has been enhanced by the addition of two new daily flights between Abu Dhabi and Istanbul.

Starting October 26, 2025, the airline will increase its weekly flights from 10 to 14, providing passengers with more choice and travel flexibility, with seamless connectivity across its unparalleled global network.

Thanks to this expansion, passengers from Abu Dhabi will be able to benefit from two daily flights, providing them with easier access not only to Istanbul, but also to more than 350 destinations around the world via Turkish Airlines' main hub.

The increase in flights coincides with Turkish Airlines' celebration of its 44th anniversary in the UAE, embodying its unwavering and ongoing commitment to connecting the UAE to the world and strengthening bridges of communication between the two countries.

Commenting on the new expansion, Erol Senol, Turkish Airlines’ Vice President of Sales for the Middle East and Cyprus, said: “The launch of double-daily flights from Abu Dhabi not only represents the culmination of more than four decades of the national carrier’s presence in the UAE, but also reflects a renewed commitment to providing more choice, convenience, and connectivity to our guests. We are proud to serve as a bridge connecting Turkey to the world via our hub in Istanbul, bringing people, cultures, and opportunities closer together.”

The national carrier demonstrates its global leadership not only by expanding its worldwide flight network, but also by maintaining its exceptional destination network. It is the airline that flies to the most countries of any airline, an achievement officially documented in the Guinness Book of World Records™ as "Airline with the Most Countries Flying." This outstanding achievement reaffirms Turkish Airlines' position as a true global bridge connecting peoples and cultures for decades, embodying its mission to foster communication and rapprochement between different parts of the world.

Ticket prices for the Abu Dhabi-Istanbul route start from AED 950 and are available for purchase through the airline's official website, mobile app, sales offices, or authorized agents.
