Chairman of the National Bank: 2,360 companies left Egypt for the Emirates in the first half of 2024

Cairo - Mubasher: Mohamed El-Etreby, CEO of the National Bank of Egypt, said that 2,360 companies left Egypt for the UAE in the first half of 2024, due to the facilitations in the business environment there.

He added, in a meeting with Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly and a number of investors in various sectors, that Egypt is a country that has all the capabilities, and that inflation will decrease and interest rates will decrease between 3 and 6% during the year 2025.
