Cairo - Mubasher: Egyptian businessman Ahmed Ezz said that the state's administrative apparatus needs a new generation with skills and capabilities that meet the ideas of the private sector.

He said in a meeting with Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly with a number of investors in various sectors, "Is it possible for a country like Egypt to have a growth rate of 3% or more in the construction and building sector?!"...and 70% of Egypt's population is prohibited from building.

He continued: 70% of Egypt's population is prohibited from building, and this does not only affect iron and cement factories.
