In a press statement, she pointed out the necessity of following the instructions issued by the tournament's organizing committee.

The embassy urged citizens to adhere to traffic regulations, including adhering to the specified speed and not using the phone while driving, noting that the regulations require the violator to pay the fine before leaving the State of Kuwait.
