Riyadh - Mubasher: The Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company (Solutions) announced the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute regular cash dividends, in addition to exceptional distributions to shareholders for the year 2024.

The company explained, in a statement on "Tadawul", today, Monday, that the total cash profits amount to 1.19 billion riyals, including regular dividends worth 952 million riyals, in addition to exceptional dividends amounting to 238 million riyals.

She pointed out that the share of the ordinary distributions is 8 riyals per share, in addition to 2 riyals per share, the share of the exceptional distributions, bringing the total distributions to 10 riyals per share.

She also pointed out that the right to distribute dividends will be for shareholders who own shares at the end of the second trading day following the date of the company’s annual general assembly, which will be announced later, and the distribution date will be announced at a later time.

The company noted that the distribution will be made via direct transfer to the bank accounts linked to the shareholders’ investment portfolios. The company called on all shareholders to update their data with the banks to ensure that their due profits are deposited directly into their accounts.
