PRESSR: "Shura" launches a digital service for renewing vehicle insurance via the "Tammam 4.0" AI-powered platform belonging to the Abu Dhabi government

The new service, powered by the AI-based "Shura" platform and integrated with the "Tam 4.0" platform, allows citizens and residents of Abu Dhabi to arrange vehicle inspections, renew insurance, and complete car registrations, all within a single, seamless digital journey without paper transactions.

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates: Shuri, a subsidiary of First.tech and the leading digital insurance platform in the UAE, announced the launch of its digital vehicle insurance renewal service via the TAMM 4.0 platform, in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi government services platform TAMM.

This newly integrated service on "Tam 4.0" utilizes artificial intelligence technologies to simplify and automate essential vehicle-related services, enabling citizens and residents to complete renewal and registration processes through a unified, secure, and government-approved process.

Through the “Tam 4.0” platform, customers can now arrange vehicle inspections, renew insurance, and complete car registrations in a single AI-powered digital journey, anytime and anywhere, via the “Tam” app or website.

The service connects directly to the Shura systems to verify inspection, insurance, and registration data in real time, enabling transactions to be completed quickly and securely within seconds. The platform offers a fully digital experience and is government-approved through UAE PASS, ensuring customers can complete renewals with confidence and ease.

The service will be available through the "TAMM 4.0" platform and will benefit from its new features such as "AutoGov" and "Single Prompt", which contribute to automating renewal processes and simplifying government services for citizens and residents in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

  • The "AutoGov" feature allows customers to obtain prior approvals and automate repetitive processes, while securely storing documented data for automatic renewal on schedule.
  • The "Single Prompt" feature enables customers to complete an entire service with a single command in natural language, such as: "Renew my Lincoln car insurance with third-party coverage," where the system verifies the data and completes the transaction immediately.

With more than 3 million active users of the "TAMM" platform, this collaboration represents an important step in Abu Dhabi's journey towards providing proactive government services powered by artificial intelligence, providing citizens and residents with a more convenient, comfortable and reliable experience.

Commenting on this, Awn Al-Samadi, CEO of Shoura in the UAE, said: “Our partnership with the TAMM platform is an important step towards simplifying digital insurance renewal processes, as integrating the leading government platform powered by artificial intelligence allows for faster, easier and more integrated online insurance. In doing so, we are reshaping the experience of citizens and residents with essential services in the UAE in a smarter and more connected way.”

For his part, His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Al Askar, Director General of TAMM at the Department of Government Empowerment, said: “This integration with Shoura enhances the role of TAMM 4.0 as an advanced government platform that anticipates customer needs, simplifies interactions, and enables every customer to access faster and smoother digital services. Through our partnerships with innovators in the private sector such as Shoura, we are delivering a new generation of proactive, personalized, paperless government experiences, thus confirming Abu Dhabi’s global leadership in digital transformation.”

This service, supported by the approved "Shura" systems and integrated via "Tam 4.0", contributes to consolidating Abu Dhabi's leading global position in the field of government transformation supported by artificial intelligence, and innovation in the citizen experience.
