"Ataa" extends MoU with "Digital Future" to sell two branches of a subsidiary

Riyadh - Mubasher: Ataa Educational Company announced an agreement with the Digital Future Company for Communications and Information Technology to extend the memorandum of understanding signed between the two parties for an additional 20 days.

Ataa Educational said in a statement on the Tadawul website today, Sunday, that the duration of the memorandum of understanding has been extended until November 15, 2024.

Ataa Educational Company received an offer from Al Mostaqbal Al Raqmi Company for Communications and Information Technology ; regarding the desire to study the possibility of purchasing the Creatives of Development for Rehabilitation and the Institutes of Al Faisal International Academy (branches of the Arab Group for Education and Training Company, 100% owned by Ataa Educational Company). The Board of Directors also approved the offer in line with the company’s strategy to focus its activity on the private and international education sector.
