JERUSALEM, Nov 21 (Reuters) - Israeli forces killed two Palestinian youths during an overnight raid on a town near Ramallah in the occupied West Bank, residents said, amid escalating violence in the region and a rising death toll.
Singapore - The Singaporean Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the country will impose financial sanctions on four Israelis and bar them from entering its territory for committing "outrageous acts of extreme violence" against Palestinians in the West Bank.
Geneva - The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) said that at least 67 children have been killed in conflict-related incidents since the start of the ceasefire in Gaza.

Lagos - Gunmen kidnapped 38 worshippers from a church in Nigeria's Kwara state last Tuesday and are demanding a ransom of 100 million naira (about $69,000) for each hostage, a church official told Reuters.
Belém, Brazil - Brazil, which holds the presidency of the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30), has released a draft text of a proposed agreement for this year's summit that does not include a proposal that was included in a previous version to develop a global plan to phase out fossil fuels.
