Ministry of Human Resources launches “Digital Inclusion” service to support the elderly and people with disabilities

Riyadh - Mubasher: The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has launched the "Digital Inclusion" service, which targets social security beneficiaries from the elderly and people with disabilities, with the aim of facilitating the procedures for applying for social security, and enabling them to access services with ease and convenience.
The ministry explained in a statement today, Sunday, that the new service allows beneficiaries to request assistance in registering for social security without the need to visit the ministry’s offices or wait for long periods, by creating a new account on the support and protection platform, and entering the basic data, so that the specialized team on the platform can communicate with the applicant and complete the necessary procedures.
She pointed out that this step comes within the framework of the Ministry's commitment to improving the beneficiaries' experience and providing distinguished services based on the latest technologies, which contributes to achieving efficiency and flexibility in providing social services.
The launch of the “Digital Inclusion” service comes within the framework of the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which seeks to improve the quality of life of social security beneficiaries, develop the services provided to them, and enhance their empowerment opportunities in society.
This initiative also reflects the Ministry’s keenness to keep pace with the digital transformation in providing social services, and to ensure that eligible groups have easy and efficient access to support.
