WASHINGTON, Oct 30 (Reuters) - President Joe Biden on Monday hailed a tentative agreement reached between General Motors GM.N and the United Auto Workers union aimed at ending a walkout by the auto workers.
Biden, at a White House event on artificial intelligence, opened his remarks by saying the agreement is another piece of good economic news and ensures the Big Three auto makers can still lead the way on quality and innovation.
