- Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva will visit France in June for a state visit and to attend a United Nations oceans conference, the leader announced on Tuesday in a post on X.

Lula, as the Brazilian president is known, said he accepted the invitation from President Emmanuel Macron and also discussed bilateral relations in a phone call with his French counterpart.
