China's Sinopec signs $4 billion joint venture deal with Saudi Aramco's unit

April 28 (Reuters) - China's state-run Sinopec 600028.SS signed a joint venture agreement with a unit of Saudi Aramco 2223.SE for port operation, crude oil transportation and other services, it said on Monday.
The registered capital of the joint venture company will be 28.80 billion yuan ($3.95 billion).
