- Urals crude differentials to dated Brent were little changed on Thursday, as market participants expect provisional loading plans for Russia's Baltic and Black Sea ports for April to emerge shortly.

OPEC+ on Thursday issued a new schedule for seven member nations including Russia, Kazakhstan and Iraq to make further oil output cuts to compensate for pumping above agreed levels.

Russia's foreign ministry said on Thursday that a Ukrainian drone attack on a Russian oil depot was an attempt by Kyiv to disrupt peace initiatives.

The depot is a rail terminal for Russian oil supplies to a CPC pipeline linking Kazakhstan to the Black Sea.

PLATTS WINDOW

  • No bids or offers were shown for Urals, Azeri BTC and CPC Blend in the Platts window on Thursday.

NEWS

  • Russia remains the top oil supplier to China during the first two months of 2025, but volumes - including piped supplies and tanker shipments - fell 13% year on year to 15.47 million metric tons, or about 1.91 million barrels per day (bpd), according to Chinese customs data.
