Marvell Technology Group Ltd.(MRVL.US) saw its shares soar over 19%, hitting an all-time high of $114.25. 

The sharp increase follows robust financial results fueled by the rising impact of artificial intelligence trends.

For the third fiscal quarter ending October 2025, Marvell Technology's sales grew 7% year-over-year and 19% quarter-over-quarter, reaching US$1.52 billion. This was higher than the market's expectation of US$1.46 billion. Adjusted earnings per share came in at US$0.43, also beating the anticipated US$0.41.

Marvell Technology also provided an optimistic outlook, projecting fourth-quarter revenue to reach US$1.8 billion (+/- 5%), surpassing the market consensus of US$1.65 billion.
