- Nordic forward prices inched up on Wednesday, driven by forecasts of drier weather conditions and a dip in water reserves in the hydro-dependent region.

* "The next days will be slightly colder than normal with low precipitation activity," said LSEG meteorologist Georg Muller in a note.

* In the European carbon market, the benchmark contract CFI2Zc1 fell 0.51 euros to 67.73 euros a tonne.

* German year-ahead power TRDEBYc1 remained unchanged at 82.95 euros per MWh.
