Hey fellow investors! 👋 Just came across this hot take on NVIDIA that I had to share with our community!

Remember how NVIDIA's been the king of AI stocks? Well, it's currently having a 25% OFF sale since February! Many retail investors (people like us) are jumping in and buying this dip like crazy. But should we join them or stay on the sidelines? 🤔

Why NVIDIA's taking a hit right now 📉

  • Trump's unpredictable economic policies have everyone confused (and markets HATE uncertainty!)
  • New AI models like DEEPSEEK are doing amazing things with LESS computing power (bad news for GPU makers?)
  • Microsoft just canceled massive data center projects in the US and Europe (some analysts think this means there's already too many AI chips out there!)

Why the bulls are still charging ahead 🐂

  • At 36x PE ratio, NVIDIA's actually looking reasonably priced now (could drop to 20x PE by 2026!)
  • Their upcoming "Blackwell" chips are expected to be absolute BEASTS in performance
  • The "Jevons paradox" suggests that even if AI gets cheaper to run, demand will explode even more (and NVIDIA would cash in big time!)

The reality check ⚠️

Goldman Sachs just raised the recession probability from 20% to 35%, and we've got those tariff announcements coming on April 2nd. Unless something changes dramatically, we might be in for a wild, bumpy ride in the markets.

The smart play? 🧠

If you're looking to buy, patience might pay off with even better prices ahead. But remember - Amazon dropped 93% after the dot-com bubble... then went up 1000x over the next 20 years! Companies with real competitive advantages always bounce back stronger.
