On CNBC's “Halftime Report Final Trades,” Joshua Brown, co-founder and CEO of Ritholtz Wealth Management, named Uber Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:UBER) as his final trade.

According to recent reports, on Feb. 9, Uber announced a strategic agreement to acquire Getir's delivery portfolio in Türkiye, which includes food, grocery, retail, and water delivery services.

Jim Lebenthal, partner at Cerity Partners, picked Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL).

Supporting his view, DA Davidson analyst Gil Luria upgraded Oracle from Neutral to Buy on Monday and maintained a $180 price target.

Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist, head of investment solutions and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors, named Dow Inc. (NYSE:DOW).

On the earnings front, the chemical giant, on Jan. 29, reported an adjusted loss of 34 cents per share for the fourth quarter, beating Wall Street’s projected 46-cent loss, according to consensus estimates. Dow also launched its ‘Transform to Outperform’ initiative, aiming to boost operating EBITDA by $2 billion.

Joe Terranova, senior managing director for Virtus Investment Partners, recommended The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE:GS).

According to recent reports, on Feb. 6, Goldman Sachs said it is working with the artificial intelligence (AI) startup Anthropic to develop AI agents to automate key banking functions.
