March 16 (Reuters) - Once the United States has imposed tariffs on its major trading partners it could engage in bilateral talks with countries on new trade arrangements, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Sunday.
"We're going to reset the baseline, and then we can enter into these bilateral agreements, potentially with countries, so that our trade is fair," Rubio said in an interview on the CBS show "Face the Nation."
