BRUSSELS, Feb 17 (Reuters) - Keith Kellogg, U.S. President Donald Trump's Ukraine envoy, told reporters at NATO headquarters in Brussels on Monday that no one will impose a peace deal on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, and that he and the people of Ukraine would make that call.
