Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Aramco announced the distribution of basic dividends to shareholders for the first quarter of 2025, in addition to the second distribution of performance-related dividends to shareholders based on the full-year results for 2024.

The company stated in a statement on Tadawul today, Sunday, that the total distributions amount to 80.11 billion riyals (21.36 billion US dollars), including: basic dividends of 79.29 billion riyals (21.14 billion dollars), and performance-related dividends of 0.82 billion riyals (0.22 billion dollars).

She pointed out that the share's share of the total dividends amounts to SAR 0.3312 per share, including: basic dividends, with a share of SAR 0.3278 per share, and performance-related dividends, with a share of SAR 0.0034 per share.

She also noted that the right to dividends is for shareholders who own shares on May 21, 2025, and are registered in the company's shareholders' register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.

The company noted that dividend distribution to eligible shareholders will begin on May 29, 2025.
