Cairo: Arkan Palm Real Estate Development, a subsidiary of Badr El Din Group, announced the launch of 205 Towers , a key component of the 205 master plan spanning 205 acres in the heart of Sheikh Zayed City. This will feature the tallest mixed-use towers and the first vertical compound in West Cairo. Through this project, Arkan Palm is setting new standards for lifestyle in Egypt by seamlessly integrating residential and hospitality offerings. These include carefully curated retail outlets, distinctive cultural and entertainment spaces, and upscale restaurants, all within a comprehensive community that provides a modern and balanced living experience in the heart of Sheikh Zayed City.

Towers 205 is a landmark in the Egyptian real estate market, featuring 362 residential units and 136 serviced apartments managed by Intercontinental Hotels Group. These include fully finished apartments and duplexes that combine quality and distinction. The project also includes the Intercontinental West Cairo 205 Hotel, offering 290 distinctive hotel rooms. This is part of a comprehensive vision for the 205 project, which includes over 600 hotel rooms in its master plan, featuring Holiday Inn and Voco hotels. These complement the luxurious residential units, premium offices, retail outlets, and cultural spaces, creating a blend that reflects the concept of modern living.

Designed by Dar Al-Handasah, the three towers boast breathtaking panoramic views of the Giza Pyramids and the West Cairo skyline. They offer residents exclusive amenities and integrated service centers, health and spa facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fine dining restaurants, boutique shops, and cultural spaces. Upon full operation, the project is expected to create approximately 57,000 jobs, supporting the hospitality, healthcare, retail, and business services sectors in West Cairo.
