PRESSR: "Amrak" and "Lockheed Martin" sign a letter of intent to cooperate in enhancing maintenance, repair, overhaul, and regional support capabilities

Dubai, UAE : The Advanced Military Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Center (AMMROC) and Lockheed Martin, a leading global security, defense and aviation company, signed a letter of intent during the Dubai Airshow 2025, embodying their established partnership and shared commitment to developing aircraft support and maintenance capabilities in the UAE and the region.

The two companies expressed their shared desire to explore new areas of collaboration, particularly in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, to support key aircraft operators across the UAE and the MENA region. This collaboration will focus on leveraging and expanding national MRO capabilities, enhancing technical expertise, and supporting growth opportunities in the aviation and defense sectors.

The relationship between AMMROC and Lockheed Martin is based on a long-standing partnership across multiple services, most notably AMMROC obtaining accreditation in early 2025 from Lockheed Martin ’s Sikorsky as a maintenance, repair and overhaul center for UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters outside the United States.
