Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announces its approval of the request submitted by the Ministry of Finance to list debt instruments issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of a previously listed category, in accordance with the listing rules, with a total value of (9,517,877,000) ^ details of which are as follows:

1. Increase in issue number 08-08-2023 (trading symbol: 5332) by a value of 1,550,000,000 ^ to reach 23,327,301,000 ^ .

2. Increase in issue number 10-08-2023 (trading symbol: 5334) by a value of 2,395,560,000 ^ to reach 25,770,346,000 ^ .

3. An increase in issue number 12-04-2024 (trading symbol: 5344) by a value of 258,000,000 ^ to reach 49,239,406,000 ^ .

4. An increase in issue number 15-01-2024 (trading symbol: 5339) by a value of 4,064,317,000 ^ to reach 55,591,385,000 ^ .

5. An increase in issue number 15-01-2026 (trading symbol: 5379) by a value of 1,250,000,000 ^ to reach 17,881,225,000 ^ .

The increase will be implemented starting from Thursday, August 20, 2026.
