The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of its decision approving the request of “Al-Khair Financial Company” regarding the delisting of “Al-Khair Growth and Traded Income Fund”, and the fund manager will publish the timetable related to the delisting of the fund.
If the owners of the units of the Al-Khair Growth and Traded Income Fund agree, trading of the fund's units will be suspended and then the fund's units will be delisted from the Saudi Stock Exchange.
