United Arab Emirates, Dubai : NTT Data, a global leader in digital business and technology services, announced the appointment of Hani Noufal as Regional Head of Technology Solutions for the Middle East and Africa, effective May 1, 2025 .

Through this strategic leadership role, Noufal is responsible for enhancing the growth of NTT Data’s technology solutions sector in the region, through close collaboration with local teams to identify and implement a growth strategy that aligns with the company’s global objectives .

Nofal brings over 27 years of experience as a seasoned thought leader in the IT sector, having held executive positions at numerous global and regional technology organizations. Prior to joining NTT Data, he launched and led the operations of Advance Solutions in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He also held senior leadership positions at GBM, including General Manager – Chief Technology Officer and Board Member of Coordinates ME , where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company's technology strategy, fostering innovation, and building strategic alliances that contributed to its growth and success. Earlier in his career, Nofal also held positions at global companies such as Cisco Systems, 3Com, Digital Equipment Corporation, and Compaq.

Nofal holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Communications Engineering from the University of Jordan and completed advanced studies in leadership and sustainability at MIT's Professional Education program .
