The "Salam CX" platform will include a full range of smart automation tools for customer service, encompassing voice-activated communication (VOC) solutions, callbots, chatbots, voice assistants, voice analytics, "Talk to Your Data" interfaces, and a sophisticated dynamic knowledge base. These solutions leverage cutting-edge technologies such as speech recognition, natural language processing (NLP), interactive AI, Arabic dialect models, machine learning, and cloud integration.
