June 17 (Reuters) - Major U.S. stock indexes opened higher on Wednesday as shares of chipmakers rebounded ahead of the first interest rate decision under new Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Warsh.
By 1330 GMT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average had risen 11.12 points, or 0.02 percent, to 52,010.79, the S&P 500 had gained 8.44 points, or 0.11 percent, to 7,519.79, and the Nasdaq Composite had climbed 113.22 points, or 0.43 percent, to 26,489.56.
