July 14 (Reuters Sports Service) - Al Ahly, the most decorated Egyptian football club, announced on Tuesday that it has parted ways with its player Mahmoud Hassan "Trezeguet" and thanked the player.

Al-Ahly said on the X platform, "The club announces the termination of the contract with Trezeguet, the first team player, in light of friendly discussions and consultations and a financial settlement governed by a distinguished relationship between the player and his club."

Al-Ahly added, "We thank Trezeguet for the past period in which he made every effort to contribute with his teammates to achieve the best results at all levels."
