"Military Production" launches "TUYA Technology" company for information systems and digital transformation

Cairo - Mubasher: The Ministry of Military Production announced the launch of TUYA Technology, a company specialized in information systems, digital transformation, analysis and design of information systems, business development, support and maintenance of information systems in all governmental and private institutions, and collecting, storing, processing and distributing data in a proper manner; to achieve the required results in the least possible time, effort and cost, in addition to using technological programs as tools to solve problems instead of traditional means.
The ministry explained in a statement today, Monday, that the Chairman of the Board of Directors of (TUYA Technology) Dr. Eng. Yasser Kamal Abu Mandour, and Mariumskiyan, Vice President of the Spanish company (OPENKM), specialized in digital document management, signed - in the presence of a number of leaders of the Ministry of Military Production and the National Authority for Military Production - a partnership between the two parties, aiming to develop the technological capabilities of (TUYA Technology) company, which allows the use of the software packages of the global company (OPENKM) within the digital document system for the benefit of the National Authority for Military Production and its affiliated units. This partnership also represents the appointment of (TUYA Technology) company as an exclusive agent for distributing, selling and providing technical support for (OPENKM) company programs in Egypt and the Middle East.
It is worth noting that TUYA Technology (formerly Military Production Information Systems), which represents the most important strongholds of the software and information technology industry in Egypt, has signed several cooperation protocols with several ministries, including the protocol for the prepayment project for the Cairo Public Transport Authority bus ticket for (1800) buses from the Authority’s fleet, and the cooperation protocol signed with the Ministry of Supply to establish a trade information center affiliated with the Internal Trade Development Authority, in addition to participating in the implementation of several national projects in the country in the field of digital transformation, most notably the ration card system machine, comprehensive health insurance, agricultural quarantine, agricultural holding and issuing the farmer’s card, linking the networks of the Ministry of Manpower, and linking car filling stations with natural gas.
