Indian External Affairs: The attack on an Indian-flagged ship off the coast of Oman on Wednesday was "unacceptable".
NEW DELHI, May 14 (Reuters) - India said on Thursday that an Indian-flagged ship was attacked off the coast of Oman on Wednesday and that all crew members on board were safe.
The Indian Ministry of External Affairs said in a statement on Thursday, "The attack... is unacceptable, and we regret the continued targeting of commercial shipping and civilian seafarers."
The statement did not specify who was responsible for the attack.
