The Real Estate Registry begins registering more than 43 thousand real estate plots in Riyadh and Diriyah.

Riyadh - Mubasher: The Real Estate Registry announced today, Sunday, the start of receiving registration applications for (43,495) real estate plots in 4 neighborhoods in Riyadh, and 13 neighborhoods in Diriyah Governorate.
Registration in Riyadh includes the following neighborhoods: (Banban neighborhood, Al-Manakh neighborhood, Al-Faisaliah neighborhood, Al-Mashael neighborhood), while registration in Diriyah Governorate includes the following neighborhoods: (Dhahrat Al-Awda neighborhood, West Dhahrat Al-Awda neighborhood, East Dhahrat Al-Awda neighborhood, Al-Asima neighborhood, Al-Malqa neighborhood, Qarywa neighborhood, Al-Faisaliah neighborhood, Al-Sarhiyah neighborhood, Al-Thalima neighborhood, Al-Khalidiyah neighborhood, Al-Shuhada neighborhood, Al-Salmaniyah neighborhood, Al-Malik neighborhood, Al-Mughtarah neighborhood).
The Real Estate Registry warned that owners of properties located within the neighborhoods benefiting from the Real Estate Registry must register their properties before the end of January 30, 2025 AD, corresponding to Rajab 30, 1446 AH. Maps that specify the areas announced for registration can be viewed through the Real Estate Registry platform.
The registry called on real estate owners to register their properties through the real estate registry platform rer.sa and to contact the customer service center 199002 to inquire about the registration procedures and steps. Real estate owners must also register their properties within the specified period to benefit from the real estate registry services and carry out real estate transactions easily and smoothly, and avoid the penalties and fines specified by the real estate registration system.
The Real Estate Registry confirmed that it is continuing its work in registering real estate in the areas benefiting from the real estate registry, as part of its efforts to increase reliability and transparency in the sector by building a comprehensive real estate registry for real estate information in the Kingdom, which will be a unified reference for all real estate data.
The real estate registry will issue a “real estate number” and a title deed for each real estate unit that is registered. The new title deed will include the precise geographical location of the property, its owner’s data, descriptions, condition, and any rights and obligations that arise from it, as well as all real estate transactions that occur to it, to be the basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights arising from it, which will contribute to the sustainability and strengthening of the real estate sector and its main enablers.
The General Authority for Real Estate announced the identification of (4) neighborhoods in Riyadh and (13) neighborhoods in Diriyah Governorate among the areas announced for the first visual registration, on the real estate registry platform, which is determined according to several criteria, and based on the role of the Authority as the competent authority for visual registration of real estate in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers and the provisions of the visual registration system for real estate, while the National Company for Visual Registration Services for Real Estate (the Real Estate Registry) undertakes the implementation of the work of establishing and managing the real estate registry in the Kingdom using geospatial technologies and data and modern technologies through an integrated digital platform that contributes to enhancing transparency and confidence in real estate services and data.
