Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Venture Capital (SVC) announced its investment in Aliph Fund I , a private equity fund managed by Alif Capital .

The company explained that the Aliph Fund I invests in medium-sized companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries with an active ownership model that supports growth and focuses on creating added value and enabling technology, according to what was reported by the Saudi Press Agency "SPA" today, Wednesday.

“Our investment in Alef Capital’s private equity fund is part of our fund investment program in line with our strategy to support funds investing in growth-oriented Saudi companies,” said Nabil Koshak, CEO and board member of SVC .

For her part, Huda Al Lawati, Founder and CEO of Alef Capital, pointed out that small and medium enterprises in the GCC countries represent great opportunities to create value for investors and drive economic growth, especially when supported by active and practical management with a clear strategy for digital transformation and technology empowerment.
