Riyadh - Mubasher: Minister of Justice Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani and Minister of Education Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Bunyan launched the unified electronic contract for registering male and female students in private schools; with the aim of regulating the contractual relationship between schools and students’ parents, in a way that guarantees the rights of both parties within a legal framework of transparency and clarity .
The contract includes the obligations of both private schools and parents towards each other, including providing the curriculum, paying tuition fees at the specified times, and maintaining behavior and discipline within the school. The contract referred to is an executive document for the obligations it includes .
According to the new unified contract regulations, students who have failed to pay their fees will not be prevented from attending classes, as this is a basic right, without prejudice to the preservation of the school’s financial rights .
The contract contributes to facilitating student registration procedures by unifying requirements, enhancing trust between schools and parents, and ensuring the continuity of the educational process .
The contract journey goes through easy electronic steps that start with entering the Madaris platform, entering the national access, choosing the school from the map, then entering the student’s data, verifying the accuracy of the entered data, then reviewing the application data and sending it. After that, the application is accepted by the school official, then the contract is issued by the school, and the contract reaches the guardian to review and approve it.
The Ministry of Justice has recently moved towards expanding the launch of the authenticated electronic contracts product to become executive bonds and an effective tool in preserving the rights of the contracting parties; to enhance preventive justice and enable prompt justice.
