July 6 (Reuters Sports Service) - U.S. striker Folarin Balogun will start in Tuesday's World Cup last-16 match against Belgium after FIFA suspended his previous red card, with the FIFA Appeals Committee rejecting Belgium's appeal against the decision.
• Balogun, the team's top scorer in the tournament with three goals, leads America's attack alongside Christian Pulisic.
• US national team coach Mauricio Pochettino has chosen Matt Friese to guard the goal, with no changes to the lineup that played the previous match against Bosnia.
• The Belgian trio of Kevin De Bruyne, Romelu Lukaku and Jeremy Doku will start the match on the bench.
