Riyadh - Mubasher: The National Water Company launched, on Monday, a home connection installment program to facilitate payment of the financial fees for water and sewage connections, with the aim of providing the easiest payment mechanisms.

The National Water Company revealed, in a statement, that the service of paying water and sewage connection fees in installments has been provided, through two main options, as customers can choose direct installments with the company, or installments via credit cards affiliated with Bank Aljazira, Riyad Bank, Al-Awwal Bank, Saudi Investment Bank, Emirates NBD, or Al-Rajhi Bank.

National Water Company noted that payment options will meet customers’ needs, explaining that the monthly installment amount through the company starts from 200 riyals, in addition to the first payment for the service, which amounts to 3,500 riyals, without specifying a time period for the installment, as it ends with the completion of the amount, indicating that the installment amount and its duration through banks are subject to the installment agreement plan with the bank, which will appear to customers in detail on its digital channels if they choose to pay in installments through banks, indicating that the installment program provided by the company is a quick solution to request the service and benefit from it with ease.

The company confirmed that expanding the connection of homes to water and sewage networks will contribute to reducing the movement of tankers within neighborhoods that result in traffic congestion, as expanding network coverage will preserve the road infrastructure and urban landscape in cities, in addition to meeting the obligation to connect all properties to the sewage network according to the guide for providing water and sewage services to preserve the environment and improve the quality of life.

The National Water Company added that it has introduced a program for paying water service bills in installments, in addition to the partial payment service for the monthly bill, indicating that this comes within the company’s efforts to develop and improve the service, facilitate customers, and provide them with the best services with ease and simplicity through its digital channels.
