National Housing Company announces the start of sales in the “Marjana” project in southeast Jeddah

Riyadh - Mubasher: The National Housing Company (NHC) announced today, Thursday, the launch of the sale of the "Marjana" project in the southeast of Jeddah, with prices starting from SAR 275,000.
On October 16, the National Housing Company announced the launch of registration of interest in the “Dania Al-Mashreqiya” project located east of Riyadh, for more than 1,900 housing units, with prices starting from only 370 thousand riyals.
On October 16, the company announced that Khazam had achieved total sales exceeding 17 billion riyals, through the sale of 19,000 residential units distributed in projects implemented by the company directly or with real estate developers, reflecting the great demand from buyers, individuals and investors.
It is noteworthy that the National Housing Company (NHC) is considered the largest master developer of urban communities in the Kingdom, as it is pumping more than 300,000 housing units by the end of 2025 in 9 suburbs and 6 residential communities on an area exceeding 100 million square meters and accommodating more than one and a half million citizens.
It seeks to find solutions to secure supply chains with high quality and more sustainable construction materials, as part of the company’s keenness to increase the real estate supply with housing options according to international standards, in order to achieve the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, by raising the percentage of home ownership for Saudi families to 70%.
