Dr. Abdullah Al-Khafaji, Executive Director of the Medical Sector at Bupa Arabia, participated in a session dedicated to health finance and digital insurance, during which he reviewed the latest data-driven health insurance models and the role of artificial intelligence in predictive risk assessment and early fraud detection, in addition to developing innovative payment mechanisms that contribute to improving operational efficiency, reducing costs and enhancing access to health care.
Khafaji explained that Bupa Integrated Care adopts a smart insurance model based on real data, which combines predictive analytics and personalized care to ensure more accurate and comprehensive services are provided to all beneficiaries.

Dalal Al Hamed, Senior Director of Value-Based Healthcare at Bupa Arabia, participated in the Global Health Leaders Forum in a session discussing the concept of value in healthcare and results-based payment models, in addition to the shift towards decentralized care that allows rapid and sustainable access to health services.

Dalal emphasized that the future of healthcare will be more flexible, with services going to the patient instead of the patient going to the healthcare facility. She noted that Bupa Integrated Care is working to build an integrated model that combines technology and a human touch, making care accessible anytime, anywhere—at home, at work, or through digital channels—ensuring the highest quality and easiest possible access to services.

Strategic agreements to promote workplace health

Today, Bupa Integrated Healthcare operates 15 clinics within the premises of leading national institutions in the Kingdom, providing a comprehensive healthcare experience in the workplace that facilitates access to services and contributes to enhanced employee productivity. Its partners include the Public Investment Fund, the National Housing Company, Savola Group, KAFED, and Alinma Bank, along with a number of other major investment and industrial institutions in the Kingdom.

During its participation in the World Health Forum 2025, Bupa Integrated Care intends to sign 11 new collaborations with a select group of government entities and major national companies, in a move that reflects the growing confidence in its integrated healthcare model and its ability to combine insurance and medical service delivery within a unified and comprehensive experience.

This model embodies Bupa's commitment to integrated care by providing preventive and professional health solutions within workplaces, in line with the objectives of the Quality of Life Program, one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
