Ship tracking data: The LNG carrier Disha is carrying a cargo from Ras Laffan, Qatar, and is chartered by India's Petronet.
Singapore, June 15 (Reuters) - A liquefied natural gas tanker chartered by India's Petronet Corp. passed through the Strait of Hormuz on Monday heading east, ship tracking data showed, after the United States and Iran reached a peace agreement.
Data from Kpler and the London Stock Exchange Group showed that the tanker was loaded with its cargo at Qatar’s Ras Laffan port on March 1 and 2, and has remained west of the strait ever since.
While ship tracking data did not indicate the tanker's destination, an informed source stated that it would be delivered to the Dahej terminal in India.
Petronet did not immediately respond to Reuters' request for comment.
